Purpose

Designing and outsourced deployment of entire performance management process and cycle, cascading from, and delivering to business goals

The program covers the following: benchmarked(optional) design and facilitated deployment of the process and validating for alignment to strategy while factoring for business priorities.

1. Strategy to Roles to Goals Cascade

2. Defining SMART goals for each job

3. Designing review structures and schedules

4. Sessions on conducting SMART performance reviews and giving developmental feedback

5. Tracking progress vis-a-vis goals

6. Year-end performance assessment and inputs for talent-related decisions

Activities/Interventions

Deeply facilitated small group sessions, following by presentation of themed outcomes.  And this is done after validating the alignment of goals to the overall business vision and strategy.
