Set up as a niche talent, leadership and career advisory firm, we have expanded our services to cater to most client segments viz. individuals, teams, large organizations, and start-ups alike. And so, the services range from setting up entire HR processes, with outsourced management of HR, to focusing on niche domains such as Performance management process with goal setting; competency frameworks for leadership, technical and functional competencies, strategic hiring, and conducting sentiment analysis for employee engagement

 

The mainstay of our services are in the Strategic Talent Management domain. viz.

We do this via constantly expanding our community of partner consultants, who bring the requisite domain expertise and industry background. ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Nalina Suresh

Founder & Managing Partner, Stratus Talent Partners

The founder of Stratus Talent (Nalina) is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and an HRLP from GE Crotonville.  She brings the vast and diverse experience of over 25 years across various formats of organizations, cultures, and contexts.   Some of the corporations that she has worked with include Godrej, GE, Domino’s Pizza, Mahindra, PwC, and has also worked with boutique firms such as Grow Talent.  Her vast and diverse consulting career spans the domains of Organization Change and Transformation, Career Transition and Coaching, Technical and Leadership Competency design and development, Executive hiring for C level and board positions; Succession Planning design and deployment, etc.  She has also been on the advisory boards of non-profits.

In addition to her own advisory practice, Ms. Suresh is also an empanelled partner with KornFerry and EY to offer strategic talent services to their clients..  After having lived and worked across the country, Nalina and her family are now based in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

 

Nalina is an ICF credentialed coach and is also trained on the Right Management methodology of Career Transition.  Other niche processes and methodologies and tools that she practices uses for client delivery are Whole System Change based on the Beckhard-Harris Change Model; Future Search methodology, LSIP ( Large Scale Interactive Process) based on the methodology of Dannemiller Tyson Associates’ “DVF Model of Change”. She uses a diverse range of psychometric and potential assessment tools in her interventions for potential assessment.

Till date, the founder of Stratus Talent has assessed/ coached / mentored over a 1000 people for various contexts; be it for leadership appointments, internal performance review and development, exit interviews, mentoring students of higher education, return-to-work professionals, experienced job-seekers etc.
